Drop-in is available in all classes, space permitting. Cost per class ranges from $2.00 - $13.50, depending on the class. Dru Yoga & Deep Relaxation ~ Monday at 7 p.m. (extended class) - Dru Yoga (from the UK) is a specialized, energetic form of yoga designed for practice by people of all abilities. The evening program includes gentle activations, energy block releases, yoga postures (asana), hand mudra, visualizations & sequences, deep relaxation, breath work (pranayma), and a special additional bonus of a Dru Meditation taster to help develop balance in your practice.  Drop-in $13.50, space permitting. Meditation for Busy People ~ Monday at 5:45 - 6:45 - Meditation is the new black! Come learn basic meditaion ad mindfulness techniques to help develop a peaceful mind, relaxed concentration and support to sit with like-minded people. Meditation is the great antidote to our increasingly busy disconnected lives. Stanley Court Room (starting Spring 2016)

Restorative Yoga (by Candlelight) w/ LIVE Mantra Music ~ Thursday at 7 p.m. Relaxed and spacious class, by candle light to help you unwind and let go of fatigue, tension and stress.  A variety of yoga props (supplied) gently support restful yoga postures (asana) and relaxing breath work (pranayama) to bring balance. Sandra's LIVE music, sound healing and mantra meditations will nurture inner peace.  Please dress in layers, bring a small hand towel, if possible. Drop-in $13.50, space permitting. Yoga in the A.M. (Monday and Wednesday at 10 a.m.) Energize your day and feel your stress melt away! Dru Yoga techniques are unique and work the whole being at a pace to suit every body. Drop-in $13.50, space permitting. English Bay Room.

Yoga Over 50 (Tuesday and Thursday at 9:10 a.m.) is a delightful and sociable mix of chair yoga, balance bar, asana, breath work, floor work, deep relaxation and even sound healing. This class is held in the beautiful Dance Studio and has a special price: Adults =  $5/drop-in, 10 tickets/$50. Seniors (60 +) = $2/drop-in, 10 tickets/$20. Dance Studio.

Relax and Rejuvenate Over 50 (Fridays at 9:10 a.m.) Vancouver's best kept yoga secret. Includes a gentle, activating stretch, easy guided pranayama exercises (breath work), deep relaxation (yoga nidra) to help restore energy and bring balance and clarity. $2/drop-in. English Bay Room.

We don't want to cancel yoga classes but without sufficient registration, programs may get cancelled or postponed.
